Avoiding the "security warning" when opening spreadsheets (enable content)

When a spreadsheet is opened, if the message below is displayed, macro security has not been set.  There is another article in our solutions database about how to set this depending on the version of Office. (Issue:  You cannot click on the Red Refresh button unless you set Macro Security)
