Checking Version, Release, Service Pack Level of iSeries Access for Windows
Click Start, Programs, IBM iAccess for Windows or iSeries Access for Windows |

Click on “IBM iAccess for Windows Properties” |
|
Read the second line down on the screen that appears. |
|
If this PC is running Win10, this must say V7R1.
|
|
Service packs installed – call AppGarden (CCI) helpdesk or email support@app-garden.com for instructions on obtaining. For V7R1 – if says SI00000 – also no service pack installed. |
