Completed Series but still showing in progress

Completed Series but still showing in progress

You must use web browser Firefox or Chrome along with a laptop or desktop computer to complete the online training and for your progress to be saved.

It is very important that once you complete the series that you click  the "Submit" button at the end of the series.

If you Click the "x" for the browser window then you have not properly completed the series.

You must click the "Submit" button. Once you have clicked the "Submit" button you will then be notified that you can close the browser window. You will then be able to move forward in the course.

You may also need to clear your cache.  This tip on how to do this is listed elsewhere in the portal, depending on whether you are using Chrome or Firefox.
