Use the link below to access the substitute training portal to reset password:

This link works best when using a laptop or desktop computer with web browser Firefox or Chrome.
Select "Forgot Password".
You will then need to enter your email address (that is linked to your substitute training account) into the email address box and select "Reset Password".
An email will be sent to the email address you entered with a link to reset your password as well as the username on the account if you have entered the correct email address. Be sure to check spam/junk/clutter folder if you do not see the email in your main inbox.
Below is a sample email of how the reset password email will look. The email will be from "App-Garden University". The email will provide you with your username as well as a link to reset your password.
You will need to click the link provided in the email. This link will only be active for 24 hours, so be sure to reset your password as soon as possible.
Once you have clicked the link provided in the email you will be prompted to enter a new password. The password must have at-least 8 characters and contain at-least 1 number and letter. No special characters are recommended.
Once you have a created a new password you should be able to login and access your course.
