How to change your name on your volunteer application/Request a name change

For best results please use a laptop/desktop device along with either a Google Chrome or Firefox web browser. 

To change name on volunteer application:

Login to the Volunteer Tracker// click on the "My Profile" tab// click the "request name change only" button// Click "OK" to fill out the name change request// fill out the name change request and click the "Continue" button.

You will receive an email once your name is updated.
