How to Enroll in a Course Using an Enrollment Key (New User)

If your district is using an enrollment key for the course(s) then the district will provide you with the Enrollment Key guide on how to enroll. The guide will provide the Enrollment key as well as the six steps on how to use the key. Once you have the Enrollment Key provided by the district, you can follow the steps below on how to register and enroll in the training as a new user.


Step 1: Click on the link provided to you on how to register for the training. Below is a sample of what the link may look like. The link provided in this guide WILL NOT enroll you in the required training provided by your district.

Step 2: A Sign Up panel will appear. You will need to fill in your first name, last name, email address, password, and phone number. Once all of the required information has been entered, you can then click Sign Up.




Step 3: Once the enrollment key has been accepted, you will have immediate access to the Virtual Learning Portal. You will need to click on the My Courses tab to access the training for your district.




Step 4: Click on Start to open the course and begin the lessons provided within the course. 



You will need to view the introductory video titled "A Very Important Video" that will help you navigated through the portal and the lessons of your course.



Step 5: Click Enroll.




Now click Start to watch the Very Important Video.


After viewing the video, click Close Activity.




Step 6: Click Enroll and then Start to begin your district specific training.
