How to Import Photos

There are two ways to import photos. If you have a group of students that you want to import, go to profile.

 

Click to choose the data type you want to import and select ‘STUDENT PHOTOS’

CLICK  AND navigate to where the photo(s) is located. Select the files. The name of the files need to be the studentId.jpg That is how it will match to the correct student.

 

CLICK  to import the files. 

 

 

 

 

OR if you want to import for a particular student,

Go to the student tab and edit the student.

Once on the student information, click on the picture area

navigate to the photo and select it. This does NOT have to match the student id.
