How to prevent spreadsheets from prompting for password multiple times
Spreadsheets keep prompting for password over and over again
Click on Start, Programs, IBM i Access for Windows, System i
Navigator
|
|
Right click on the left hand side on the “connection name”
|
|
Choose properties
|
|
Click connection
|
|
Remove the “prompt every time” radio button and select the “use
default userid, prompt as needed” radio button. Put your AS400 userid in.
|
|
Click ok
|
|
Click ok again on this message
|
|
Your spreadsheets will refresh with only one userid/password prompt now.
