When changing your password you need to be sure you are using a laptop/desktop device along with either a Google Chrome or Firefox web browser.
When you are on the login screen for the Volunteer Tracker, you will need to click the blue "Forgot your user password link" - it looks like this :
Next, you will be asked to enter your email address into the box and click Continue - that page looks like this :
At this time you will need to go check your email, possibly the spam/junk/or clutter, for an email from dadmin@app-garden.com - that will prompt you to enter your new password and then confirm the new password.
