Printing Pivot Table Headings on each
page – Office 2010
Your Pivot Table spans several printed
pages and the page, row and column headings only print on the first page –
Follow the instructions below if you want the headings on every page
Click on the tab that
contains your pivot table first.
On the Excel Worksheet
menu, choose the Page Layout tab.

Click on the Print Titles
icon
|
|
Change the rows to repeat at the top:
For example:
Change rows to repeat at top from row 4
through 18 to Rows 18:18
Click OK to close the Page
Setup dialog box.

Right-click a cell in the
pivot table, and choose PivotTable Options.
Click on the Printing tab.
Add a checkmark to Set
print titles.
Click OK to close the Pivot
Table options dialog box.
