Short Cut to add or remove a Subtotal within a Pivot
Table
- Example
- if you wish to remove Total line from the Object column
- Double
Click on the column heading that you wish to remove a subtotal. The
Field Settings option will display.
- If
Automatic is selected, click on the None option to remove the subtotal
from the view.
- The
Object column will display only one line of totals.
- If
you wish to add the subtotal in a column, simply select the Automatic
option to show columns with subtotals.
