Using Driver Designations in Travel Tracker (Admins)

Driver Designations allow you to segment your drivers into designations (or categories).  For example, you might have some drivers that are Regular drivers and others that are Sub Drivers or Special Ed Drivers.  Adding this designation for drivers in the driver setup table makes it easier to select and assign drivers.  You can also set a designation as the default.  For example, if you set your "Regular Driver" as the default, when you use the Find Available Driver function, Regular drivers will show in the list first and then if you need to select from Sub Drivers, you can select the drop down to view only Sub Drivers.  Watch this short video on how to setup driver designations.
